Prices of products

Characteristics of the products
The Purchaser can select one or more products and / or services from the different categories available on the Soffieria De Carlini website. Product Availability
The offers presented by Soffieria De Carlini are valid for all time in which they are published on the Site and within the limits of available stocks. For products not immediately available in Soffieria De Carlini warehouses, the offers published on the site will be valid subject to availability. Information on the availability of the products will be provided to the Purchaser at the time of sending an e-mail confirming receipt of the Order (“Order Confirmation E-mail”). In any case, and in the event that, after sending the Order, a total or partial unavailability of the products occurs, the Buyer will be immediately informed by e-mail of the unavailability of the product and of the total cancellation or partial of the Order.
In case of total cancellation of the Order:
The cancellation of the Buyer’s Order will take place automatically, without any charge to be paid by the Buyer. Soffieria De Carlini’s Customer Service will contact the Buyer to inform him of the cancellation and to propose to place a new Order excluding the unavailable product.
In case of partial cancellation of the Order:
The Buyer’s Order will be partially confirmed with the amount charged only for the available products as indicated in the Order Confirmation email. The available products will be delivered to the Buyer.
Order of Products
Each Order sent by the Buyer implies acceptance of the legal information and privacy, and constitutes an offer to purchase Soffieria De Carlini products. Orders are subject to acceptance by Soffieria De Carlini which reserves, at its sole discretion, to refuse the Order, including cases in which:

Soffieria De Carlini will be entitled to collect the full price of the Order:

Soffieria De Carlini recommends the Buyer to keep the e-mails received on paper or electronically. The Purchaser is informed that the aforementioned e-mails will be sent to the e-mail address entered by the Purchaser when creating the Account and / or subsequent registration. Delivery of products

This electronic receipt will constitute proof of delivery by Soffieria De Carlini, and of receipt by the Buyer, or the recipient of the Order, of the ordered products. Deliveries are made on working days (Monday to Friday). In case of absence, the Buyer, or the recipient of the ordered products, will receive a notice of attempted delivery, with which they can contact the carrier at the address indicated on the notice in order to organize a new delivery. When indicated by the buyer, or by the recipient of the ordered products, it will be possible to deliver the products to a third party. In the event that it is not contacted, the SDA carrier will carry out a further passage in the two working days, depending on the case, following the first passage.
In the event that after two delivery attempts it was not possible to deliver the package, the Buyer or the recipient of the Order will receive a notice communicating the address of the SDA Center where the package will be stored for ten working days. The Buyer or the recipient of the Order will be able to collect the package at this center. At the end of this period the package will be returned to Soffieria De Carlini and the Buyer will be reimbursed, in the manner chosen at the discretion of Soffieria De Carlini, of the amount of his Order minus the shipping costs. It is not possible to raise any dispute relating to the shipment itself in the event that the package appears to have been delivered. For this purpose, the carrier’s information system (flashing) is valid.
Delivery for countries other than Italy

The methods SDA International shipping network in each country relies on a local postal service therefore the shipping methods are different depending on the country. In general, a notification of delivery or a receipt must be attached to the shipment, which must be signed by the Buyer or the recipient of the Order. In case of absence, the Buyer, or the recipient of the ordered products, will receive a notice of attempted delivery, with which they can contact the carrier at the address indicated on the notice in order to organize a new delivery. In the event that it is not contacted, the UPS-DHL-FEDEX carrier will carry out two further steps in the two working days as appropriate, following the first step. In the event that after three delivery attempts it has not been possible to deliver the package, the Buyer or the recipient of the Order will receive a notice by post informing that the package will be kept for five working days at the UPS-DHL-FEDEX center closest to your home. The Buyer or the recipient of the Order will be able to collect the package at this center. At the end of this period the package will be returned to Soffieria De Carlini and the Buyer will be reimbursed, in the manner chosen at the discretion of Soffieria De Carlini, of the amount of his Order minus the shipping costs. It is not possible to raise any dispute relating to the shipment itself in the event that the package appears to have been delivered. For this purpose, the carrier’s information system (flashing) is valid.
5.3 Defects, non-conformities and damage to the products
– General provisions
The Purchaser, or the recipient of the Order, is invited to check the status of the package and the products at the time of delivery. Shipping with SDA International
Do not open the package. Warning: opening the package excludes any appeal against the local postal service. Bring the unopened package to your local post office within 5 days from the day of delivery.
Establish a finding of anomaly (the name varies by country).

– Procedure that must be followed in case of missing, damaged or defective product

Shipping times and shipping costs
The shipping times for products in Italy (via SDA) are between 3 and 5 working days considered with reference to the Italian calendar. Delivery times start from the moment the e-mail confirming the shipment of the products is sent to the Buyer. The complete list of shipping times and related costs, also for other countries where Soffieria De Carlini delivers the Orders, can be consulted in the “Help” section of the Website. In case of delay in delivery of more than 7 (seven) working days, considered with reference to the Italian calendar, not due due to force majeure, the Buyer will have the possibility, within a maximum period of sixty working days from the expiry of the term delivery indicated for each method of delivery of the products in the “Help” section of the Site, to cancel your Order by sending a Registered Letter with Return Receipt to the address indicated in the “Contact Us” section of the Soffieria De Carlini website or by calling number +39 039 2013503. Expenses

Retention of title

Intellectual property
The Soffieria De Carlini brand, all figurative and non-figurative trademarks present on the Website, the images, illustrations and logos and any content present on the Site (including, without limitation, the General Conditions of Use and these General Conditions of Sale) are the exclusive property of Soffieria De Carlini and / or the respective owners of the intellectual property rights on them.
